1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Processing: We guarantee a full refund if the request is made within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • After Shipping: Once a shipping label is created or the package is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, please follow our Return Policy after the package arrives.

2. Order Modifications

We can assist with the following changes if your order has not been processed:

  • Updating shipping address or contact details.
  • Swapping shoe sizes, colors, or styles (e.g., switching from Pumps to Boots).
  • Adding or removing items from your order.

3. Shipped Orders & Requests

Once an order is in the hands of our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), no modifications can be made. For address errors, you may contact the carrier directly to attempt a reroute.
