1. Shop’s Responsibility (Free Return)
Thegirlzone will cover 100% of return and reshipment costs if:
- The footwear is defective (torn leather, broken heels, faulty zippers, etc.).
- The wrong size, color, or style was sent by our team.
- Items were damaged during transit.
* Requirement: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
2. Customer’s Responsibility
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if:
- You changed your mind or no longer want the item.
- The wrong size was ordered by the customer.
- The shipping address provided was incorrect.
3. Eligibility & Refund Process
- Condition: Items must be unworn (no scuff marks on soles), unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
